Who we are

Nomad Tax Radar (“we”, “us”) operates the website at nomadtaxradar.com and related tools. For privacy enquiries contact privacy@nomadtaxradar.com.

Information we collect

• Calculator usage — income figures you enter are processed in your browser and via our servers to return results; we do not require an account.
• Email leads — if you request a relocation report we store your email, optional country choice, income parameters, and a hashed IP for abuse prevention.
• Analytics — if enabled, privacy-oriented analytics (e.g. Plausible) or Google Analytics may collect aggregated usage data. See cookie section below.
• Affiliate clicks — we log partner slug, country, and timestamp when you use tracked outbound links.
• Server logs — standard web logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) for security and debugging, retained for a limited period.

How we use information

To operate calculators, send requested email reports, prevent abuse, improve content, and measure aggregate traffic. We do not sell your personal data.

Email communications

Relocation report emails include a time-limited signed link to a printable summary. You may unsubscribe from future marketing by replying to any message or contacting us — transactional reports you explicitly request are not marketing.

Third parties

Affiliate partners (money transfer, insurance, language learning, etc.) have their own privacy policies when you leave our site. Payment processors (if premium reports are enabled) process billing data under their terms.

Cookies

We use essential session cookies for security (CSRF). Analytics cookies load only when configured in our environment. Visa checklists on country pages may use browser localStorage on your device — not our servers.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold (e.g. lead email). Contact privacy@nomadtaxradar.com.
